"We are selfish because of the upbringing.. our environment. Of course, everyone of us has seeds of selfishness and selflessness.. BUT, it is our environment that exploits us. We essentially raised to be selfish based on the system we live in. That is what capitalism and overt-competition does. Human Nature is very influence by nurture.. which means our nature is not a fixed thing it fluctuates with the times and environments."
